He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cecil Burnett Sr. and Gladys Ann Bramlett; his brother-in-law Mike; and his great-niece Zoe Gallagher. He is survived by: his significant other Tawna Sweat Barney; his siblings, Mark Burnett, Annette Harris, Sherry Chamberlain and Nell; and his children, Brad Burnett (Sheila), Rhonda Harding (Lyle), Robin Minter (Greg) and Shelli Haas.
