He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willard Isaac Carter and Cora Matilda Haskell; his spouse Lynnette Dean; his children, Cindy Taylor (Scott), Bob (Kathy) and Ryan Carter; and his brother Blaine Carter.
