We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Helen Teresa Bouchard (Farmington, Utah), born in Detroit, Michigan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Jerome Hoffman and Louise Marie Hoffman (Salamone); and her former husband Harold Edward Bouchard. She is survived by: her children, Mark (Karen) of Rigby, Idaho, Debra McDonald of Ferndale, Michigan and Francis of Clearfield; and her sister Marie Hoffman of Bountiful. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and caregivers at Avalon Care Center for their care, love and support of Helen, along with the love shown to her by her many friends and distant relatives over the years. *In lieu of flowers the family has suggested donating to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in memory of Helen.
