He is survived by: his parents, Dan Love and Karen Love; his son Dawson Love; his sister Katie Love Jackson (Derek); his nephew Ethan Jackson; and his nieces, Molly and Natalie Jackson. He is also survived by friends and bonus parents and grandparents.

With COVID shutting down the campus, he moved to Utah last year and started his new job in IT with Mister Carwash.
