He was predeceased by: his parents, Leda Grace Penrod and Jacob Meldon Hullinger; his siblings, Carol Kenner, Hal Hullinger and Ivan Hullinger; and his daughter Shauna Lou Hullinger.

He is survived by: his wife Janeen Lou Jolley; his children, Richard Hullinger (Marilee), Randy Hullinger (Michelle) of Pasco, WA and Lisa Hyatt (Jon); his grandchildren, McKenzie, Avery, Jacob, Mitchell, Parker, Kylie, McKenna, Travis, Nick, Alex, Shaun and Annalise; his great grandchildren, Shaylee, Davis, Carter, Colton, Brady and Abigail; and his cousin Charles Hackley of Bend, OR..
