He was predeceased by: his parents, David Dean Bush and Lorraine Stonebraker Bush; his sisters, Shelly Goins and Judith Bush; his parents-in-law, Eudean Garrard and Kenneth Garrard; and his son-in-law Brandon Dyer.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dan Bush, Chris Hale and Lori Bush; his children, Dave Bush (Katie), Steve Bush (Andrea), Jodie Dyer (Brandon), Jason Bush, Dena Bangerter (Drew) and Cody Bush (Kim); his wife Janice Bush; his siblings-in-law, Dorothy, Richard, Scott, Mike, Matt, Joyce, Billie, Teri and Julie; and his caregivers, Ashley, Dee and Craig of Inspiration Hospice. He is also survived by children, 3 wonderful daughters-in-law and a son-in-law, 19 sweet grandchildren.
