He was predeceased by: his father Arthur O. Neilson. He is survived by: his mother Winnie V. Neilson; his wife Jill Westergard; his children, Brock Neilson (Kelly), Brennan Neilson, Tanner Neilson, Danielle Lowe (Jared) and Parker Neilson; his grandchildren, Collins, Liam and Ricki; his siblings, Jed Neilson (Mary), Paula Lawson (Craig), Tana Neilson and Brad Neilson (Alice); and his in-laws, Ray, Louise Westergard, Rob, Kristin Westergard, Jennifer Westergard, Ryan, DeAnn Westergard, Randy, Stacie Westergard, Russ and Khara Westergard.
