He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Cannar and Bryant Niles Thompson; and his wife Marie Brown. He is survived by: his children, Christy Wilson (Jim) of Severna Park, MD, Scottie Button (Alan) of Phoenix, AZ, Tomi Busch (Andy) of Fruit Heights, UT and Mark Thompson (Penny) of Champaign, IL. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
