She was predeceased by: her parents, Asenath Smith Conklin and Clifford Earl Conklin; her brother Cliffie (Clifford); and her children, Leslie and David.

She is survived by: her brother Robert Conklin (Patti); and her children, Tyler, Eric, Nathan and Gisela. She is also survived by her four grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
