He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Kenneth Lee Westercamp and Judy Lee Crabtree. He is survived by: his parents, Hanna Crabtree and Richard Heath Crabtree; his siblings, Michael Crabtree, Sarah Crabtree and Abigail Crabtree; and his grandparents, Susan J. Westercamp (JoCee Fairchild) and Rick J. Crabtree. He is also survived by 5 aunts, 5 uncles, and 10 cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Ben's family request you to make a difference in someone else's life, in Ben's honor, by doing a good deed to those they know who are suffering from depression or suicidal ideations.
