She is survived by: her children, Brock Hammer (Rikilyn), Haley Ward (Trevor), Bronson Hammer (Taylor) and Stetson Poulson; her grandchildren, Chandler, Jordynn, Cade, Remington and Brogun; her father Timothy Holden, Sr.; and her sisters, Jackie Worthington (Donzil), Cindy Minder and Tifani Holden. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
