He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Blackburn and Melba Prows Blackburn; and his wife Edythe. He is survived by: his sons, Mike Blackburn (Nikki) and Gary Blackburn (Cindy) of Grand Junction, CO; his grandchildren, Michelle Sulley, Chris Blackburn, Jason Blackburn, Nicole Dillon, Heather Bradshaw, Andrea Nourse and Gary Shane Blackburn; his brother Blaine Blackburn of Fairview, UT; and also Lynn Hunter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
