With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louise Neff of Eureka, Utah, who passed away on October 26, 2023 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Louise Neff to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordan Chase Frisby and Louisa Jane Frisby; her husband Bernie; and her granddaughter Jessie Jamerman. She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Marie Rush of Texas and Edith French of Montana. She is also survived by her children and her loving family; 12 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren.
