He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Johnson and Jeannine Johnson; his significant other Roberta "Bobbie" Laguna; and his siblings, Nancy Riley, Roger and Lloyd Johnson.

He is survived by: his daughter Trudi Lingle (Richard); his grandchildren, Kyle Johnson, Tyson Johnson and Jamie Stagg; his great grandchild Icelyn Johnson; his siblings, Janice Boswell and Paul Johnson; his nieces, Annette Fields, Shelly Stansfield and Natalie Boswell; and his nephew Adam Riley (Kimberly).

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Elks Lodge (285 W Main, Eureka, UT 84628).
