He was predeceased by: his grandparent Haynes. He is survived by: his parents, Eric Griffin and Sheri Michelangelo Woolsey; his siblings, Jared Woolsey (Tara), Shane Woolsey, Derek Woolsey (Lori) and Erica Shakespear (Travis); and his partner's children, Cassidy and Garett Tatman. He is also survived by many other family members and countless friends.
