As we bid Louise farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Louise is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Rockwood and Jane Ellen Spencer Nixon; her husband Robert Neal Liston; and her children, Wade Nixon Liston and Michele Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Janiece Baker (Kevin), Doneen Griffin (Quinn), Dal Liston (Lori) and Matt Liston (Lynette). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-granddaughters.
Viewing was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Escalante Stake Center (80 S Center St, Escalante, UT 84726). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
