It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph Allen Pixley of Ephraim, Utah, born in Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on August 10, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Ozias and Laura Bateman Pixley; his daughter Mary Alice Pixley; and his sister Laura Pixley Cox. He is survived by: his former spouses, Arlene Fern Dewey and Wynona Engel; and his daughters, Cheryl Pixley, Sandra Rees (Keven) and Cynthia Fowler (Spencer). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 6 step grandchildren and numerous great-granchildren.
