He is survived by: his grandson Kyle; his wife Mavis Sorensen; his children, Diane Taylor (Don), Linda Lewellen (Michael), Mark Worthington (Jodee), Lori Worthington and Merrill Worthington (Tammy); his grandchildren, Devin (Jessica), Daina, Emilie, Daniel, Kambree (Benjamin), Kelanee, KeNedee, Katie and Brookelyn; his great grandchildren, Karalyn and Adelyn; and his brothers, Jay Worthington (Nancy) and Craig Worthington (Toni). He is also survived by five children, 10 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
