We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2020, at the age of 96, Mary Ellen Strong of Ephraim, Utah passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Ellen Strong to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ellen Christensen and Julius Hovinghoff; and her siblings, Lyle Hovinghoff, Rena Carter, Deon Hovinghoff, Uleta Nielsen and Elaine Wilson.
She is survived by: her aunt Helma; her uncle Lorenzo "Rem" Christensen; her grandchildren, Yellow Stone and Jackson Hole; her son John Strong (Donna); and her grandchildren, Natalie Rudel (Jay), Brandt Strong (Soupie), Shannon Curtis and Michael Strong. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Due to COVID-19 there will be a graveside service only with the immediate family.
