He was predeceased by: his parents, Jed Breinholt and Genevieve Lyman Breinholt; and his son-in-law Jason Huff. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Paulsen; his children, Jed (Karen), Jeffrey, Michael (Sally), Gerald (Jennifer) and Janel Huff; and his siblings, James Jorgensen Jr. and Kathy Clark. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Dad lived valiantly with Parkinson's disease for over 15 years.
