He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Loader (Eric) of Payson, Tina Covington (Ricky) of American Fork, Toby Keisel of Provo and William Talbot of Provo; his stepchildren, Cindy Jackman of Phoenix, AZ, Wes Jackman of Phoenix, AZ and Lesely Gilson of Phoenix, AZ; and his siblings, Valerie Winward (John) and Charles Keisel (Shelly) of Coeur.
