She is survived by: her daughter Charae Moon (Michael) of Ephraim, UT; her brother Clyde Farnsworth of Coarsegold, CA.; and her grandchildren, Cameron of Ephraim, Brynn DePalma of Ephraim, Madason of Ephraim, Koleton (Sierra) of Ephraim, Preston of Ephraim, Katelon of Ephraim and Brooke Moon of Ephraim.
