She is survived by: her husband Eugene; her children, Laura Packard (Paul), Mike Moulton (LaNae), Lisa Brimley (Kyle), Bryan Moulton (Kara) and Brad Moulton (Amy); and her brother Richard D. Madison (Jerrie). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
