She was predeceased by: her parents, Orvin Dee Terry and Lynn Terry Turnbow; her stepfather Glendon Turnbow; her brother Ervin Kary Terry; her daughters, Tammy and Mary; and her son-in-law Mike Burkhart.
She is survived by: her husband David Whitfield; her children, Tracey Burkhart, JT Miller and Jerry Miller; her stepson Jesse Whitfield; and her siblings, Roger Gary Terry (Cheryl Hirschi Terry), Vicki Lynn Stewart (Don Stewart), Dee Terry and Chad Turnbow. She is also survived by her grandchildren & great grandchildren.
