He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice; his children, Collin (LeeAnn), Emily (Ty), Lindsey (Natalie), Scott (Amy), Nicolette (Chris) and Melinda (Nick); and his siblings, Brad Bowler (Janet) and Melanie Slack (Mark). He is also survived by 31 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
