He is survived by: his wife Helen Ann; his children, DeAnn Muñoz, Larine Truman, Lucinda Cowan (Tyler), Bryan Bushar (Teresa), Scott Bushar (Selma), David Bushar (Rebecca) and Rachelle Moody (Brenden); and his sister Delma Bushar Paxman.
