It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carolyn Melessa (Enterprise, Utah), who passed away on January 13, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rowena Truman and Anthony Joseph Melessa; and her siblings, Cheryl, Sam, Lorraine Jones (Doug) of Enterprise and Steve (Pat) of Washington, Utah. She was also cherished by eleven nieces and nine nephews.
