He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad Staley and Grautell Meadows Staley; his wife Delise Rae Henningson; his siblings, Marlene and Larry; and his grandson Jason Jones.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Bishop Dick Cox; his siblings, Barbara Christian (late Warren), Connie Benson (late Brent) and Richard Staley (Karen); and his children, Victor Staley (Joyce), Sue Jones (Kim), Ben Staley, Jeff (Leslie) and Katherine Marlene Staley. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
