She was predeceased by: her parents, LuDean Maxfield and Ella Larsen Maxfield; her daughter Joyce Frost; and her siblings, Maurine Maxfield, Mary Tollett, Morris Maxfield (Bud) and Barbara Lewis.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Hugh Peterson; her daughters, Loretta Grundvig (Gail), Elaine Grange (Richard), Colleen Bott (David), Maxine Fielder (Jack) and Louise Venturella (Paul); and her siblings, LuElla Anderson, Ruth Ann Thorne and LeRoy Maxfield. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren (with one on the way), 5 great-great-grandchildren.
