He is survived by: his wife Sharilyn; his children, David, Michael (Gretchen), Matthew, Julie (Russ Davis), Kristy (Vance Sandgren) and Steven; his grandchildren, Rachel, Gavin, Mason, Jonah, Isaac, Emma, Zoey, Porter, Maddie, Ollie and Hudson; his siblings, Dan (Vicki), Kevin (Laurie), Kae (John Garrick) and Trish; and his sister-in-law Ann Thomson.
