He is survived by: his wife Ann Louise Caraway Boucher; his siblings, Yvonne Lee Clark, James Allen Boucher (Torla), Ethel Lyne Barnes (Richard) and Laura Luzell Seavey; his children, Andrew Boone Boucher (Rebecca), David William Boucher (Nicole), Samuel James Boucher (ShaNee), Sarah Elizabeth Boucher, Joseph Wayne Boucher (Jennifer) and Jacob Adam Boucher (Cody); his grandchildren, Amy Hubbard (Benjamin), Luaren Boucher, Michael Boucher (Kodee), Joshua Boucher, Brittney Boucher, Lauryl Boucher, Hunter Boucher, Samuel Boucher, Kade Boucher, Elizabeth Boucher, Harlan Boucher, Jace Boucher, Cambria Boucher, Elsie Boucher, Greyson Boucher and Maren Boucher; and his great grandchildren, Emma Hubbard, Cooper Hubbard, Harlee Boucher and Emery Boucher.
