He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon T. Madsen and Leonora Porter Madsen; his wife Larine "LaRee" Christiansen of Elsinore; his siblings, Francis Brent and Eris Black; and his sons-in-law, Douglas Anderton and Wade Marshall.
He is survived by: his daughters, Beverly Anderton, Jana Lee Christensen (Lee), Margene Marshall and Valerie Hollingshead (Chad). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19, all attendees are required to wear masks and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
