He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Morey and Bonnie Morey (Bird); and his nephew Warren. He is survived by: his wife Mickie; his children, James Morey (Sheri), Sean Morey (Sarah) and Patricia Bakker (Dean); his great grandchildren, Ben and Killian Bakker; his daughter Aleacia Widdows (Allen); his grandchildren, Wesley Widdows (Kat), Robbie Widdows, Dinesha Lowden, Emma and Amelia Widdows; his son Richard Owens; his sister Sonia Reaume; and his nephews, Wayne and William.
A burial was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Monroe City Cemetery (400 E, Monroe, UT 84754).
He struggled valiantly for the past 13 years with Parkinson's disease.
