He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. LaNell R. and Hazel Bird Hayward. He is survived by: his former spouse Terry Huish; his children, Jamie Lyn Burnham (Randy), Rory Bird Hayward (Dione) and Traci Brooke Bayley (Brandon); his former wife Connie Krider; his wife Christan Bullock; his children, Sydni Hillam Eck and Victor Alec Hayward; and his siblings, Lonnie Hayward and Suzanne MacCabe (Kevin). He is also survived by seven children, and 20 grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 all attendees are required to wear a mask and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
