He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Burgess and Edna Mae Burgess; and his brother George Burgess. He is survived by: his wife Shelly Burgess of Moab, UT; his siblings, Rolland Burgess (Monica) and Margo Gould of Perth, Australia; and his sons, Frank Walter Burgess Jr. (Brandy) of Elmo, UT, Allen Burgess of Las Vegas, NV and Nathan Madsen (Brittney). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
