She is survived by: her husband Derek; her children, Denise Holley of South Ogden, Utah, Mylan Warnes (Sue) of Liberty, Utah, Tamara Ottley (Kurt) of Ogden, Utah, Craig Warnes (Barbara) of Millville, Utah, Paul Warnes (Lisa) of Grace, Idaho and Susan Richardson (David) of Brigham City, Utah; her foster daughter Sheryl Smith of Shiprock; her brother Mac Smith (Helen) of Preston, Idaho; her sister-in-law Sharon Thaxton of South Ogden, Utah.; her brother Jay; her sister-in-law Joy Smith; her brother Lee Smith; and her son-in-law Fred Holley. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.
