She was predeceased by : her parents, Sylvia Mary Walker and Archie Van Thomas; and her sister Colleen Long (Kenneth). She is survived by : her husband Marvin "Marv" Evans; her children, Linda Dawson (Dean), Michael Evans (Michelle), Sandra Snyder (Jim), Ashlii Evans and Jessica Evans; and her sister Karen Jackson. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
