He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Charlesworth and Enoch Broadbent; his former wife Ellen Hoagland Broadbent of Ogden; his son Michael Broadbent; and the parents of child, Mary and Enoch Broadbent.
He is survived by: his children, Lynette (Rick Wagner) of Ogden, Utah, Rod (Angela Broadbent) of Castro Valley, California, Rae Ann (Craig James) of Nordic Valley, Utah, Matthew Broadbent (Alesia) of Vernal, Utah and Robert Allen (Lee Broadbent) of Evanston, Wyoming.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Liberty 2nd Ward (4279 N 3300 E, Liberty, UT 84310). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the Liberty City Cemetery (3930 N 3500 E, Eden, UT 84310).
