She is survived by: her sister Aunt; her daughter Yvette Hurtado (Anthony) of East Carbon, UT.; and her siblings, Kenneth Turner (Sandy) of Prescott, AZ, Doreen Guymon (Don), Ernest Monson (Janna) and Pam Simpson (Dean). She is also survived by her daughter, son-in-law, family and friends.
