She is survived by : her former life partner Phillip Edward Hebner Sr. (Eddie); her son Phillip Edward Jr.; her husband Marvin Brown of East Carbon; and her children, Carie Ann McCullough (Jason) of West Mansfield, Ohio. and Marvin Brown Jr. of Dragerton.
