He was predeceased by : his father Carl Polito; his uncle Jimmy; and his aunts, Jeanette and Marie. He is survived by : his wife Melissa Lynn Polito of East Carbon, UT; his daughters, Chenoa Kay Morrey (Tallon) of Wellington, UT and Ehrinn Lois Polito (Kriss Spatholt) of Price, UT; his mother Lois May Polito of East Carbon, UT; and his sisters, Cheryl Polito of East Carbon, UT, Toni Polito, Teresa Polito of Okemah, OK, Debbie Polito of Green River, UT and Libby Helmer of Ono Valley, AZ. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
