She is survived by : her friend Hallmark; her children, Tina Allison (Matt Allison) of Ladera Ranch, CA, Christie Thom of East Carbon, UT and Samuel Thom of East Carbon, UT; and her brothers, Richard Forness (Colleen Forness), Samuel Forness (Eloisa Forness) of Kissimmee, FL and Jim Forness (Cindy) of Spring Creek, NV.
