She was predeceased by: her father Lloyd Woolard; her husband Ruell Williams; and her mother Cora Gurgainess Woolard. She is survived by: her children, Angela Reisner and Jim Williams (Joanne). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
