She is survived by: her husband David Engel; her children, April, Paige, Levi, Aaron and Emery; her parents, Brian Parker and LeeAnn Parker; her siblings, Heath Parker (Melissa) and Shasta Parker; her parents-in-law, Ray and Jeanne Engel; and her siblings-in-law, Lori Engel, Troy Engel (Heather), Chris Engel (Karol), Dan Engel (Allison), Michael Engel (Courtney) and Matthew Engel (Kristen). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Eagle Mountain Central Stake Center (1407 E Sheps Ridge Rd, Eagle Mountain, UT 84005).
