She is survived by: her parents, Samuel Blauser and Mary Blauser; her husband Courtney Evans; her children, Kelley, Morgan and Hunter Evans (Sydney); her grandchildren, Lex, Salem Ramirez and Oakley Evans; her mother-in-law Wallen Evans; her siblings, Brian Blauser (Amy), Kristee Castagno (Jason), Jennifer Lawless (Charles), Scott Blauser (Lindsay), Tracy Evans (Jackie), Troy Evans (Debbie), Misty Evans Silva, Coty Evans (Lisa), Alisha Evans and Shon Evans (Thelma); and her grandmother Ardis Christensen. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Sara's generous spirit continued in her passing as she was able to donate several of her organs so that others might live.
