He is survived by: his sons, Tyler Kofoed (Amanda), Brian Kofoed (Hanna) and Whitney Jackson (Kory).
A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pony Express Memorial Cemetery (4648n Eagle Mountain Blvd, Eagle Mountain, UT 84005).
