He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Julie Clarke (Oren), Dave Crockett (Julie), Terri Hutchings (Chuck), Dineen Goodwin (Aaron), Gary Crockett and Jen Womack (John); his brothers, Tom and Denny; and his siblings-in-law, Chuck Eitelgeorge and Debbie Miller. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren.
