He is survived by: his parents, Craig Proulx and Annette Proulx; his wife Jennilyn; his daughters, Cori and Cadence; his siblings, Cameron Proulx, Jeri Roth (Rich), Alyssa Martin (Randy) and Alayna Wylie (Jason); his mother-in-law Kris Jensen; and his brothers-in-law, Bryan Jensen (Melissa) and Jeremiah Jensen (Jennie).
