He is survived by: his parent Maryann Benz (Vayo); his children, Matthew Benz and Nicole Benz; and his siblings, Patricia Benz-Donahue of Lincoln, Chris Benz of Dutch John, UT and Judy Benz-Fanning of Woonsocket. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
