He was predeceased by: his mother Joanne Harlow. He is survived by: his siblings, Nathan Harlow and Stephanie Hartgrove. He is also survived by three nephews; two nieces; one great-nephew; and one great-niece.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sharon Park Stake Center (85 E 700 N, Orem, UT 84057).
